Youth workout aimed at developing and improving the physical abilities and coordination of young people, strengthening muscles, mastering proper movement, promoting an active and athletic lifestyle. Workout takes place under the guidance of experienced trainers, adjusting the load to the abilities of each young person. Workouts can be attended by beginners and as additional workout sessions for the chosen sport.
