Coach leading the workouts:
A youth class aimed at developing and improving the physical abilities and coordination of young people, strengthening the muscles, learning proper movement, promoting an active and sporty lifestyle.
An intense strength training session designed to develop and tone key muscle groups. During it, additional equipment is used – special sticks, weights, balls, and “step” platforms.
This is a workout whose purpose is to harmonize body and mind, reduce physical and mental tension, and activate deep muscles.
A full-body exercise technique that strengthens the deep and superficial muscles of the body, and improves flexibility and coordination.
During the lesson, the whole body – legs, arms, back, shoulders – is trained with elements of various martial arts, as well as the abdominal muscles are developed and strengthened.
Medium intensity workout using a step platform.
