CRAZY ABS
Perfectly balanced workout, where all the exercises are designed not only to strengthen the abdominal muscles, but also to develop a strong center (core) of the body. Included are exercises both lying on your back, supporting and standing. An excellent additional exercise to get a firm and well-developed abdominal musculature, and a strong body center. The lesson is designed both for a beginner to strengthen the center of the body, and for a gymnast with experience to create an attractive abdominal musculature.
