BRAZILIAN BUTT LIFT

Strength training designed to strengthen the muscles of the buttocks and legs. Training takes place using special “BOOTY ZONE” equipment, free weights and resistance bands. The training is created using the basic principles of strength training, performing a certain number of repetitions with several passes and rest breaks.

Benefit: not only well-developed muscles of the buttocks and legs, but also a strengthened lower back, which ensures the stability of the pelvis. Suitable for medium and high-preparedness gymnasts.
