Animal Flow

ANIMAL FLOW – a lesson focused mainly on mobility and coordination, which allows you to effectively learn control over your body and teaches you how to manage your body as a whole. Most of the movements are similar to the movements made by animals, so the names of the movements use a reference to the animal world. No previous physical training is required for the lesson. Variations in the execution of movements allow you to adjust the load according to your abilities and level of physical fitness.
