FLY YOGA
FLY YOGA a unique form of yoga that combines traditional yoga practice with aerial elements, using a specially fixed hammock attached to the ceiling. The class includes yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and meditation to help improve strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness.
FLY YOGA has the advantage of allowing you to feel a sense of freedom and lightness as you move through the air, and safely perform inversions to help relax the spine and improve circulation. This class is suitable for beginners and experienced yogis alike, as each movement can be adapted to individual needs and ability levels.
This is a LEMON GOLD workout and is available at an additional cost.
It is not recommended if you have: pregnancy, eye diseases (retinal detachment, glaucoma, etc.), high blood pressure, heart disease, back injury or recent spinal injury, joint problems, dizziness or vestibular disorders, recent surgery or an injury that is still healing.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable FLY YOGA experience, please follow these rules:
Clothing – To prevent skin rubbing against the hammock, wear a t-shirt, long leggings and socks to class. Avoid clothes with zippers, buttons or other sharp elements.
Jewellery and accessories – remove all jewellery, watches, hair clips and other accessories before class.
Hygiene – Ensure personal hygiene – clean, short fingernails and toenails, arrive without strong scents such as perfume or strong-smelling lotions.
Eating and drinking – avoid heavy eating for at least 2 -3 hours before the session.
Health conditions – If you have any health conditions that could affect your safety during the class, please inform the instructor before the class starts.
Punctuality – Arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of the class to check in and prepare. Arriving late may disrupt the class for other participants.
