TABATA

Interval training system, which consists of performing short, but intense training intervals. Each training interval lasts 4 minutes, which is divided into 20 seconds of intensive work and 10 seconds of rest. The TABATA training system can be adapted to a variety of exercises, including cardio, endurance and muscle strengthening exercises. As a result of training, the cardiovascular system, endurance and muscle tone improve. Exercises are adapted to different levels of preparedness.
