LEMON POUND is an exciting workout that connects cardio, endurance and strength training. The lesson takes place using specially created drum cobs. POUND turns playing drums into an incredibly effective workout. This lesson creates the ideal atmosphere to tone your muscles, get upset and recharge. The movements used in the lesson are easily modified, applying them to both men and women of any age, but with preliminary fitness in fitness. The lesson is held at medium and high intensity.
