FLY YOGA BEGGINER

This class is intended for participants with NO prior experience. It is recommended to attend at least 3–5 BEGINNER classes before joining the basic FLY YOGA sessions.

Fly Yoga is a style of yoga that uses special fabric hammocks suspended from the ceiling. During the class, participants perform various yoga and strength poses, as well as stretching exercises, while being partially or fully supported in the air. This practice helps improve flexibility, strength, and balance, while at the same time relieving pressure on the joints and spine. Fly Yoga offers a unique and exciting way to experience yoga, creating a sensation of weightlessness and freedom of movement.

Basic guidelines:

  • Avoid eating 2–3 hours before the class

  • Remove makeup

  • Wear clothing without buttons, zippers, or other sharp elements

  • Remove earrings and chains

  • Wear socks

  • Bring a towel or blanket

  • Follow personal hygiene requirements
