An interval circuit class that uses all muscle groups. One of the most effective and simple forms of training, as it does not use any type of choreography. The workout is designed to reduce body weight, develop endurance, strength and coordination, as well as speed up metabolism. This workout mixes classic strength exercises with cardio. During the workout, you will improve your muscle tone and endurance. The class is suitable for everyone – both beginners and experienced athletes who want to challenge themselves, because the training load can be chosen individually by everyone.
