FORM OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM A DISTANCE CONTRACT

You have the right to withdraw from the LEMON GYM contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

The right of withdrawal will expire after 14 days from the date of activation of the contract. If the end of the term falls on an officially designated holiday in the country, the right of withdrawal can be exercised until the next working day (including) after this holiday.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of our decision to withdraw from the concluded contract with an unequivocal statement. You can do this:

1. By filling out this form;

2. By sending the application to hello@lemongym.lv;

3. By sending a written application by mail: SIA “GYM LV”, legal address: Riga, Gustava Zemgala gatve 71, LV-1039.

In order for the deadline for the right of withdrawal to be respected, it is sufficient if you send your notification about the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the right of withdrawal.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Upon receipt of your request, we will return the payment received within 14 days to the bank account specified in the request.

Please note that if you have used the service (visited the club within 14 days), an amount will be deducted from the payment made in proportion to the fulfilled part of the contract (including the discount granted). This means that only the unused days from the date of receipt of the application will be refunded.
