Workout takes place on the principle of a circle: you move in a circle through exercise “stations” and during a certain time interval perform physical exercises for specific muscle groups.

HIIT – an interval training class that may include additional equipment to develop strength and endurance. The class is designed at a medium to high intensity, but the intensity can be adjusted to individual needs
