πŸ“WHERE? Meeting point before the training – ΔΆengaraga Street 8, near the University of Latvia Institute in ΔΆengarags, by the Daugava promenade.

What will you get?

πŸ‹ Running exercises – you will develop and improve the stereotype of running movements and become a master of running technique.

πŸ‹ A stronger body – muscle and connective tissue training will improve strength, endurance and flexibility, helping to avoid injuries and prepare for greater loads.

πŸ‹ Longer step – let’s practice lengthening the step, because a longer step means fewer steps to the finish line! Let’s turn theory into practice so that you use not only your legs, but also your mind when running!
