Important! When you purchase a COMFORT membership at the ZIEPNIEKKALNS club, you can visit any LEMON GYM club until it opens. Once the ZIEPNIEKKALNS club opens, which is planned for September, the membership will be valid only at the ZIEPNIEKKALNS club.

If the Agreement is terminated at the Client’s initiative before the end of the Minimum Service Use Period and the termination is not attributable to the Service Provider, the Client shall pay fixed compensation in the amount of EUR 60.

The Client is entitled to choose one of the following two payment options:

1. terminate the Agreement before the end of the Minimum Service Use Period and pay fixed compensation in the amount of EUR 60;
2. set the termination date of the Agreement as the last day of the Minimum Service Use Period and continue paying the Service Fee until that date. In this case, the fixed compensation shall not apply.

After the end of the minimum term, the membership will be automatically renewed, and its monthly fee will be determined according to the full, undiscounted price of the relevant or a similar membership published on www.lemongym.lv and applicable at that time.

Important! When you purchase a COMFORT Prepay membership at the ZIEPNIEKKALNS club, you can visit any LEMON GYM club until it opens. Once the ZIEPNIEKKALNS club opens, which is planned for September, the membership will be valid only at the ZIEPNIEKKALNS club.

Promotional price valid when prepaying for the entire membership period (12 months)

When terminating the contract – money for the unused period will not be refunded.

After 12 months, the contract will be automatically terminated.

The PREMIUM FLEX membership is valid for 30 days and is automatically renewed thereafter.

To terminate the membership, a 30-day prior notice is required by submitting a membership termination request form.

If you have an ERGO, BALTA, BTA or IF insurance policy, and it pays for sports services, you can also make payments for the LEMON GYM club membership with an insurance card, within the specified limit.

If you have a policy from another insurance company and it covers sports services, then we will issue all the necessary documents so that you can submit them to the insurance company and recover the money you paid.
