We’re getting ready for the biggest running events of the season – the Rimi Riga Marathon and the HYROX RIGA competition. Step by step, kilometer by kilometer, together with the LEMON RUN team we’re building endurance, speed, and confidence. LEMON RUN in training together with coach Klinta Lauska, you will go on the road to sporting success! You will have the opportunity to receive an individually adapted training plan that corresponds to the selected distance, physical fitness and goals in order to achieve the best results.

She has considerable sports experience and achievements – a multiple medalist of the Latvian championships, a long-time winner of the Stirnu buk and the third best marathoner in Latvia in 2024. Klinta is not only a fast runner, but also an experienced fitness, yoga and running coach who will help you improve your running technique, strengthen your body and reach new heights with openness, sincerity and a smile.

Where and when are the trainings?

🎯 LEMON RUN training sessions will take place every other Saturday at 10:00 around the LEMON GYM AKROPOLE club area – Ķengaraga Street 8, near the University of Latvia institute in Ķengarags, next to the Daugava promenade

What will you gain?

🍋 Running drills – you’ll develop and improve your running movement patterns and become a master of running technique.

🍋 A stronger body – muscle and connective tissue training will improve strength, endurance, and flexibility, helping you avoid injuries and prepare for higher training loads.

🍋 A longer stride – we’ll train stride length, because a longer stride means fewer steps to the finish line! We’ll turn theory into practice so that when you run, you use not only your legs but also your mind. 🏃‍♂️✨
