Who is this training for?

For new clients who want to feel confident when starting their workouts.

For existing clients who want to better understand how to use the equipment or explore new areas of the gym.
This training is available only to COMFORT and PREMIUM membership holders and can be attended only once per membership period.
What to expect from this training?
- Introduction to the personal trainer and general club rules – Please note that the trainer assigned to your session will meet you at the club entrance!
- Tour of the gym zones – including the strength training area, cardio zone, functional training area, Booty zone, group training room, and more.
- Introduction to the equipment – learning how to use the club’s equipment safely, correctly, and effectively, such as machines, dumbbells, bars, and other gear.
- Mini workout – a short, tailored training session to practice what you’ve learned.
- Q&A session – at the end of the training, you’ll have the opportunity to ask the trainer any questions and, if you wish, discuss future collaboration with that trainer.
