Will be awarded to the participant who attends the highest number of HYROX training sessions at LEMON GYM club AKROPOLE during the period from March 9, 2026 to May 10, 2026.

2 competition entries

Will be raffled among all participants who have attended at least 5 HYROX training sessions at LEMON GYM club AKROPOLE during the period from March 9, 2026 to May 10, 2026.

DRAW
  • Winners will be determined on May 11, 2026, based on the number of HYROX training sessions recorded in the LEMON GYM system.

  • Winners will be informed personally by sending a notification to the email address listed in the client’s profile.

CAMPAIGN TERMS
  • Any LEMON GYM client with an active membership who registers for and attends HYROX training sessions during the campaign period — from March 9, 2026 to May 10, 2026 — may participate in this campaign.
  • To participate in the campaign, the participant must register for HYROX training sessions in the LEMON GYM mobile app or the MANS LEMON GYM self-service portal, and actually attend the respective HYROX training sessions at the LEMON GYM club AKROPOLE.
  • Only training sessions where the participant’s attendance is recorded in the LEMON GYM system will be considered as attended.
  • If a participant registers for a training session but does not attend, that session will not be counted in the campaign.
  • The number of attended HYROX training sessions can be viewed in the LEMON GYM mobile app under “Profile” → “My activities.”
  • Each participant may take part in the campaign using only one LEMON GYM client account and one membership.
  • If multiple participants have the same highest number of attended training sessions, the winner will be determined by a draw among those participants.
  • Each participant may receive only one prize during the campaign period.

What are HYROX workouts?

They are a structured combination of running and functional exercises that help strengthen the entire body and build endurance. It’s a new, dynamic, and effective approach to training..

They’re intense, fast-paced, and always exciting. One moment you’re running, the next you’re pushing a sled or doing burpee broad jumps. It’s a true challenge for both body and mind. Get ready to sweat — during a HYROX workout, you can burn around 500–900 kcal per hour! The intensity is high, but you can always adjust the load to your own fitness level.

Who are they for?

HYROX workouts are suitable for everyone: beginners can train at their own pace and use lighter weights, while experienced athletes can increase intensity and aim for personal bests. Thanks to its universal format, HYROX ensures that everyone can find the right level of challenge for themselves.
