If you do not have a SMART ID and want to purchase a membership for a minor child

Fill up the form and sign with a secure e-signature*, send the document to the hello@lemongym.lv, A representative of LEMON GYM will contact you within 48 hours.

*If you don’t have a secure e-signature, you can sign it for free with www.dokobit.com.

Once a year, each new client has the opportunity to try any LEMON GYM club for 1 day. LEMON GYM may refuse registration if you have already trained for free in the last 365 days.
Only adults without a SMART ID can register using this form.
Only one adult client can be registered under one phone number.
Each time you visit a sports club, you must have a training uniform, a towel for use on exercise machines, and a lock for your locker.
